The annual ‘Christmas with Vasari’ concert at St Paul’s Covent Garden on Friday 15th December is a must for most! This year we are launching our new recording of Christmas carols and there will be plenty to give you a foretaste of that fantastic CD.

As ever, the festive mix will include traditional carols for choir and audience alike, some familiar items and some toe-tapping new up-beat pieces that are bound to please and excite: not least, Iain Farrington’s jazz-influenced Nova nova, and Stuart Nicholson’s vibrant take on Ding dong merrily on high.

Music by David Willcocks, John Rutter and Bob Chilcott sits alongside Arnold Bax’s glorious Mater ora filium and Vasari’s 2020 COVID commission from the exciting young composer Helena Paish, her Music on Christmas Morning.

So, plenty to get you into the festive spirit! For many this concert is the start of Christmas, so book early to avoid disappointment!
