We are delighted that the MVMF Carols by Candleight is back at St Stephen Walbrook this December. The Great Restoration of the church – May 2024 to July 2025 – has returned Sir Christopher Wren’s sublime interior to immaculate condition and been shortlisted by the Georgian Group for its 2025 Conservation Awards.

The Vasari Singers and our host Richard Stilgoe are overjoyed at the prospect of performing once again, amidst the twinking tealights, in this exquisite 353-year-old building that Sir John Summerson proclaimed ‘The pride of English architecture’.
